Job summary

Crealis Group seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Leader to oversee planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics across Fairfield and Ukiah. You will drive S&OP, supplier performance, and continuous improvement while building a high‑performing team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in manufacturing supply chain leadership, with strong inventory and ERP/SAP exposure. Travel between sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing environment required or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, S&OP, purchasing, forecasting, warehouse operations.
• ERP systems experience; SAP preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel between Fairfield and Ukiah facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics across Fairfield and Ukiah locations.
• Drive inventory improvement, S&OP processes, and supplier performance.
