Job summary

Crealis USA is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations across our Fairfield and Ukiah manufacturing sites. This highly visible role directly impacts customer service, inventory optimization, working capital, and operational performance.

You will oversee Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics, leading a team of 8 while partnering with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Service, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations.
• Proven success in inventory optimization and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading planning, purchasing, and warehouse functions; ERP knowledge helpful (SAP a plus).

Crealis USA is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations across our Fairfield and Ukiah manufacturing sites. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer service, inventory optimization, working capital, and operational performance.

What You'll Be Doing

As Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics, leading a team of 8 professionals while partnering closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Service, and Procurement.

Your key focus areas will include:

• Driving inventory optimization initiatives and improving working capital performance
• Leading the S&OP process to align demand, production capacity, and inventory
• Enhancing forecast accuracy, service levels, and supply chain KPIs
• Managing purchasing activities and supporting supplier performance improvements
• Optimizing warehouse operations, material flows, and logistics efficiency
• Developing high-performing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration

A critical part of your mission will be leading an important inventory improvement program currently underway while building scalable processes to support future growth.

What We're Looking For

You bring:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations
• Proven success in inventory optimization and supply chain transformation initiatives
• Experience leading planning, purchasing, and warehouse functions
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, inventory management, and supply chain KPIs
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills and ERP expertise (SAP experience is a plus)
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement

Location & Travel

Fairfield, California (approximately 2-3 days per week onsite)
