Job summary

Crealis Group seeks a seasoned Supply Chain Leader to oversee planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics across Fairfield and Ukiah. You will drive S&OP, supplier performance, and continuous improvement while building a high‑performing team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in manufacturing supply chain leadership, with strong inventory and ERP/SAP exposure. Travel between sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing environment required or equivalent.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, S&OP, purchasing, forecasting, warehouse operations.
• ERP systems experience; SAP preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel between Fairfield and Ukiah facilities.

Number of hours per week : 40

Salary range : $125k to $145k annually

Responsible for leading supply chain planning, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics across the Fairfield and Ukiah locations. This position drives inventory improvement, S&OP, supplier performance, customer service, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing supply chain team.

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong expertise in inventory management, S&OP, purchasing, forecasting, warehouse operations, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Proven leadership, analytical, and continuous improvement skills, with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred. Must be able to travel between Fairfield and Ukiah facilities.
