Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a senior supply chain leader to oversee plant-level planning, purchasing, and logistics to drive on-time delivery and cost reduction.

The role requires 10+ years in supply chain with 2+ years in management, APICS certification, and Lean knowledge, preferably in medical device manufacturing. Comprehensive benefits are provided and the position is on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain with 2+ years in management.
• APICS certification required or strongly preferred.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge; value stream mapping, pull systems, problem solving, 5S.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing and lean materials management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) and master scheduling.
• Plan and monitor production schedules; align with facility objectives.
• Drive lean material flow and reduce inventory investment.
• Implement PFEP strategy; manage Kanban and MRP in Oracle.
• Oversee purchasing execution and supplier alignment with accounts payable.
• Lead Enterprise Supplier Management (SMP) processes at site.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage direct reports and develop associates for long-term growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across operations.
