Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain at our Bridgeport site to drive demand and capacity planning, inventory strategy, and end-to-end supply chain execution. You will lead planning, purchasing and logistics, while partnering with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and optimal cost with ERP-enabled processes.

The role requires strong experience in IBP, manufacturing operations, and strategic sourcing, with an emphasis on improving OTIF and working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in supply chain management or related field; required.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced planning/strategy responsibilities.
• Experience with IBP/Integrated Business Planning processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead site planning, scheduling, purchasing and logistics to manage orders, inventory and delivery status.
• Oversee the S&OP and supply planning process aligned to global IBP timelines.
• Define build strategy for make-to-stock vs make-to-order, and maintain inventory strategies for raw, WIP and finished goods.
• Establish master scheduling, capacity planning and supplier performance reviews to optimize costs and service levels.
• Collaborate with commodity managers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure supplier performance.
• Maintain data integrity across ERP systems and drive system enhancements to support supply chain goals.
