Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead planning, scheduling, purchasing and logistics at our Bridgeport, MI site. You will drive the S&OP process, optimize inventory, and manage supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

You will partner with IT and manufacturing to optimize ERP usage (Syteline), develop long-term supply plans, and mentor planning staff across locations, while aligning with our strategic goals in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Supply Chain or related field.
• 8+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or sourcing.
• Experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Planning/Scheduling, Purchasing and Logistics.
• Oversee S&OP and supply planning processes.
• Develop and optimize inventory strategies; manage vendor relations and performance.
• Coordinate master scheduling across multiple sites and with IT for ERP systems.
