Job summary

The role emphasizes strategic network design, KPI-driven improvements, and developing the Supply Chain Analyst while collaborating with Finance, Sourcing, Product, and Ops teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, and distribution operations.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in food/beverage or retail supply chains preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee network design and optimization of the supply chain, including warehouse and distribution center decisions.
• Manage 3PL and carrier relationships, contracts, and freight spend.
• Ensure capacity and on-time delivery across the restaurant network.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and drive store-level profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain Analyst.
