Job summary

ReconCraft is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain operations at our Clackamas, Oregon manufacturing facility. The role covers procurement, purchasing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, kitting, warehouse operations, supplier management, and Government Property accountability for commercial and DoD programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 10 years in supply chain roles within manufacturing.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and BOM-driven procurement.
Strong inventory, forecasting, and cost-control knowledge.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organization.

Responsibilities

Lead all supply chain operations including purchasing, shipping, receiving, inventory, warehousing, and kitting.
Develop procurement strategies aligned with production schedules and program needs.
Manage ERP/MRP-driven purchasing, BOMs, and material planning.
Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, pricing, contracts, and performance.
Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts and physical inventories.
Direct receiving, inspection, storage, and material handling to support schedules.
Manage Government Property accountability and GFP/GFE requirements.
Monitor KPIs like inventory turns, on-time delivery, and PPV.
Lead and develop supply chain, warehouse, purchasing, and inventory staff.
