Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Masters degree or equivalent in relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all supply chain operations with focus on efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Lead a team of supply chain professionals; mentor and drive continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure best value.
• Analyze KPIs and data to drive operational excellence and risk mitigation.
