You will develop production strategies, optimize processes, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at sustainable costs, leading a multidisciplinary team and partnering across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven people management experience including hiring, onboarding and coaching.
• Experience setting technical vision for vehicle systems engineering and autonomous driving subsystems.
• Experience with safety-critical products, preferably automotive or aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production strategies for vehicle manufacturing and platform applications.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve targets with efficiency and quality.
