Job summary

May Mobility is hiring a Senior Manager Supply Chain in Ann Arbor to lead procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics with a focus on efficiency and cost control.

You will mentor a team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize sourcing decisions and mitigate risks. Strong leadership, data analysis, and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, operations, or related field.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass driving record check.
• Experience managing supplier relationships.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite.

Responsibilities

• Consult in the development of supply chain management best practices and strategies.
• Create Purchasing and Sourcing strategies for the components on the Bills of Materials.
• Create scalability plans based on strategic company goals, including systems implementation, reporting methods, and hiring plans.
• Negotiate contracts ensuring high quality at lowest possible cost.
• Oversee shipping/receiving functions and inventory accuracy.
