Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or related fields.
• Exercises independent judgment in managing complex and ambiguous tasks with minimal input from direct leadership.
• Effective communicator with solid oral and written presentation skills.
• Ability to summarize complex issues clearly for leadership.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally; Spanish communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Executes deliverables in support of the supply chain organization's business objectives.
• Guides a key area within Global Supply Chain to meet or exceed objectives across customer, quality, service, and financial initiatives.
• Communicates to all levels within the function and with suppliers.
• Assess supplier schedules and impacts on vehicle assembly production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative solutions.
• Lead teams in cross-functional environments to resolve complex capacity constraints.
• Analyze metrics supporting supplier issues and sufficiency plans.
• Flexible to extended or non-core hours to resolve critical issues.
