Primoris Energy Services seeks a Senior Supervisor Supply Chain to lead procurement, inventory, and logistics for diverse construction projects. You will supervise buyers, planners, and inventory specialists, driving cost savings and efficiency across the supply chain.

The role requires a strong background in procurement, contract management, and data-driven decision making, with extensive leadership experience in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 7–10 years in supply chain with 3–5 years in a supervisory role within construction or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of buyers, logistics coordinators, and inventory specialists.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage complete procurement lifecycle from vendor selection to contract management.
• Oversee inventory, forecasting, warehousing, and distribution to project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify and mitigate risks like shortages, price fluctuations, and delays.
• Analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers to support long-term goals.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and ethical sourcing practices.
