Summary
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Equipment Solutions organization. This position plays an integral role in managing processes on behalf of Project teams, Equipment Facility Teams, Buyers, and ESM HQ Leadership (Equipment Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing).

Responsibilities

- Review and improve processes related to equipment orders and returns.
- Source equipment internally and through third-party suppliers.
- Create purchase orders for equipment purchases and rentals.
- Reconcile and process billing of contracts, invoices, and work orders.
- Support electronic and physical inventory management.
- Update Task Codes and Off-Rent dates with input from project teams.
- Generate and review inventory reports for accuracy.
- Reconcile fleet invoicing with accounting, vendors, and project teams.
- Provide equipment solutions and issue resolution, including maintenance recommendations.
- Order vehicles and handle DOT registration and inquiries.
- Participate in safety programs, environmental surveys, and uphold Zero Injury policy.
- Schedule equipment deliveries and conduct onsite reviews.
- Lead 5S initiatives.
- Draft vendor lease agreements and contracts.
- Provide work direction to team members.
- Facilitate regular meetings for Equipment Solutions Specialists/Coordinators.
- Build relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of heavy equipment service and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and organize effectively.
- Active listening and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum four years relevant experience.
- Experience with billing software preferred.

Compensation
Base pay range: $79,600 - $119,400, with higher ranges for specific locations.
