Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an analytics-focused professional to turn supply chain and business data into actionable insights.

You will design BI solutions using Power BI and Tableau, partnering across teams to deliver dashboards, queries, and descriptive and prescriptive analytics. This role requires hands-on dashboard development, collaboration with stakeholders to scope requests, mentoring of the analytics team, and driving data maturity and integration to support informed business

Qualifications

• 6+ years of applied project experience in digital transformation and data management.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis in cloud environments.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor on a key analytics team.
• Strong communication skills; translate technical concepts to business terms.
• Experience supporting product innovation with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards by translating business needs into usable visualizations and communicate results to support decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate ad-hoc requests and create new analytics solutions.
• Coach and mentor upcoming product experts across disciplines and domains.
• Increase data maturity and improve data integration to enable value-add functionality.
• Challenge the status quo and curate new data sources for actionable insights.
• Act as a domain expert in supply chains to guide data application in processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
