Job summary

CooperSurgical in Trumbull, CT (on-site) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analytics for Global Supply Chain. You will translate complex supply chain needs into scalable analytics solutions using Excel, Power BI, and SQL, delivering actionable insights and dashboards that drive operational improvements.

You will mentor analysts, develop KPI frameworks, and collaborate across Operations, IT, Finance, R&D, and Sales to improve data quality and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, Power Query, pivots, data validation, reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, dashboard design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects or comparable BI tools and ERP data integration.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned business problems and drive resolution using data, process knowledge, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks to support operational efficiency and decision making.
• Lead reporting initiatives through full lifecycle with intake, discovery, build, QA/UAT, release, training, and adoption.
