Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the GSC FinOps team. The role will translate business needs into reliable Power BI solutions for Global Supply Chain Finance reporting, driving data-driven decisions.

This is a hybrid position with location flexibility across multiple Boston Scientific sites. You will design semantic models, validate calculations, and partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely financial insights and adoption across finance and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience in BI, reporting or analytics with Power BI.
Strong Power BI data modeling, DAX calculations and visualization skills.
Proficiency in SQL, data validation and translating business needs into BI solutions.
Strong analytical skills with financial data, KPIs and business rules.
Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design Power BI reports, visuals, and dashboards aligned to business requirements.
Build and maintain Power BI semantic models and measures.
Lead Power BI testing, validate calculations and troubleshoot defects.
Deploy BI solutions, manage user access and security, document work.
Deliver report enhancements and standardize reporting improvements.
Collaborate with analysts to define KPIs and requirements; support UAT.
