The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), strong communication skills, and experience with SAP or similar systems. U.S. work authorization is mandatory.

Job Description

About the Team: Our 2nd Shift Supply Chain team at ZF Transmissions in Gray Court, SC operates from 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM and consists of dedicated professionals, including supply chain clerks, coordinators, and forklift drivers. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials by preparing and executing all required documentation for incoming deliveries of materials, equipment, and supplies. They work closely with material handling, manufacturing operations, purchasing, and logistics planning to keep operations running efficiently.

What you can look forward to as a Senior Supply Chain Clerk:

• Receive incoming shipments into facility: verify part number, quantity, PO number from shipment documents, and package labels.
• Input goods receipts and shipments into SAP and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot and assist in fixing possible obstacles within receiving process.
• Cooperate with material handling team by accurate identification and navigation of received parts to designated areas.
• Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and cost standards within assigned work area.
