Job summary

ZF Group in Gray Court, SC seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Coordinator on 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:15 PM) to oversee daily receiving/shipping, documentation for production delivery and incoming goods, and collaboration with internal/external warehouse teams.

You will coordinate material sequencing, JIT deliveries, and urgent transport with suppliers and production, ensuring IATF 16949 compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of related experience in supply chain coordination.
• SAP experience is required.
• Forklift license is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PL warehouses and cross-functional teams.
• Support daily receiving and shipping activities while aligning with company priorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, warehouse procedures, and 5S requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, returns, and damaged goods documentation.
• Communicate operational issues, personnel concerns, and daily shift results to supervisors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate material sequencing, JIT deliveries, and urgent transportation requirements with suppliers and production.
• Support production, quality, logistics, and internal customers to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
• Manage material flow by routing goods to correct locations and ensuring compliance with company and IATF 16949.

About the team:

The Sr Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for daily operations of receiving/shipping team, preparation, and execution of all required documentation for production delivery and/or incoming goods to 3PL Warehouse, efficient and undisturbed collaboration with internal/external warehouse, suppliers, and internal/external customers. This position works 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM

Your profile as Sr Supply Chain Coordinator ?

• 2-4 + years of related Experience, minimum of 2 years as Sr. Supply Chain Clerk in respective area.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• In-depth knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within supply chain management.
• Basic knowledge of transportation/freight management processes and procedures.
• Associates Degree (nice to have)
• 2 years of experience with SAP Is a MUST.
• Basic knowledge of FTZ (Foreign Trade Zones) processes and standards.
• Forklift license Nice to Have.
