Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to optimize operations across Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, and Quality. You will drive operational excellence, collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement, and report progress to senior leadership.

Your responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, aligning strategies with business goals, and leading process-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8–10 years of direct experience, or 12+ years in supply chain management.
• Strong executive-level writing, analytical skills, and data visualization proficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to earn trust, build professional relationships, and contribute to inclusion.
• US citizenship, permanent residency, or eligible status required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain teams, including procurement, engineering, transportation, and supplier relations.
• Align team strategies with business goals to ensure effective execution.
• Develop documentation and written reports conveying objectives, procedures, and metrics.
• Implement performance monitoring across supply chain activities.
• Organize regular reviews (daily to quarterly) with VP and senior leadership.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Demonstrate fast learning with curiosity to map ideal flow paths in supply chain.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate strategies and operations.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into supply chain processes.
• Provide detailed reports and analyses to senior leadership with strategic recommendations.
