Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a world-renowned technology leader in Redmond to optimize supply chain finance through data infrastructure. The role focuses on inventory management, dashboards, and KPI-driven decisions that impact global operations.

You will translate business needs into technical plans, build robust reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and measurable results across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.
• Experience developing KPIs and metrics for inventory management and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and data analysis.
• Experience with automation tools for inventory management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency with ERP, databases, and reporting tools.
• Ability to query databases, build reports, and create dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to align technology with strategy.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans for development teams.
• Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses for system implementations.
• Identify and resolve complex business problems to optimize processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to visualize KPIs.
• Develop metrics to track inventory and reduce excess, improving efficiency.
• Use large datasets and automation tools to provide a holistic view of supply chain operations.
• Serve as liaison between business units and finance to meet user needs.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently within teams.
