You will translate business needs into technical plans, build robust reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and measurable results across the supply chain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.
  • Experience developing KPIs and metrics for inventory management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with large datasets and data analysis.
  • Experience with automation tools for inventory management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with ERP, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to query databases, build reports, and create dashboards.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives.

  • Conduct thorough cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for system implementations.
  • Identify and resolve complex business problems, leveraging technical expertise to optimize processes and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust databases, reports, and interactive dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive metrics for tracking and managing overall inventory and identifying excess, driving efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Utilize large datasets and automation tools to provide a holistic view of supply chain operations and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a key liaison between business units and the finance organization, ensuring technical solutions effectively meet user needs.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, contributing to organizational goals within project teams.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, and data analysis.
  • Proven expertise in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for inventory management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
  • Experience with automation tools and technologies specifically applied to inventory management and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including ERP systems, database management systems, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in querying databases, building reports, and creating dashboards.
