Job summary

World Kinect is seeking a finance/operations professional to support supply chain and trading workflows in Seattle. The role focuses on monitoring fixture schedules, coordinating price and port data, and maintaining a precise paper trail of transactions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Administration and back-office teams to reconcile inventory, invoicing and vendor setup, while ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance or Business Administration.
• 3+ years relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supply schedules after the fixture, report progress and any trouble to Supply and Customer Broker(s), obtain relevant data, and report same to concerned parties.
• Coordinate, prepare, and execute the flow of price information and port information to interested parties within the organization.
• Assist both Sales and Administration in ensuring a correct, up-to-date paper trail of fixtures and maintain a concise filing system.
• Organize and enter all inventory-related invoices and work with Financial Operations and Accounting to process them.
• Assist the Supply Team with setting up new and updating existing vendors.
• Enter all derivative trade information into CXL and communicate with the middle office and back office for reporting.
• Distribute daily forward indication and position reports both internally and externally.
• Monitor the existing FFP position and communicate with both the supply and customer teams for nomination and net position.
• Assist supply team with Inventory position providing commercial and financial position.
• Reconcile commercial and CXL positional differences with middle and back office.
• Assist Supply & Commercial teams with entering deals into Felix.
• Organize and file BDRs with U.S. Customs.
