ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Specialist to optimize supply chain processes, enhance logistics efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, inventory control, and ERP/MRP systems, with experience in a manufacturing environment and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ERP, Oracle EBS) and MRP processes.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and Lean principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and root- cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing activities: PO placement, supplier follow-ups, expediting.
• Lead RFQ and RFB activities.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Oversee inventory levels with MRP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand and production planning.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare supply chain analytics reports for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
