ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking a Business System Analyst to work on Supply Chain initiatives in Irving, TX. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to map current and future processes, translate requirements into specs for developers, and help drive automation and optimization across ERP/CRM/WMS systems.

The role involves supporting design, configuration, and testing of new features, leading system testing phases, and providing training and documentation to users.

Qualifications

2–7 years of experience in business systems analysis or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and testing practices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and requirements.
Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping.
Translate requirements into functional and technical specs for development teams.
Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization.
Support design, configuration, and testing of new system features or enhancements.
Lead and participate in system testing (UAT, SIT, regression).
Partner with IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional groups for timely releases.
Create and maintain system documentation and training materials.
Provide status updates and project reporting.
