CooperSurgical, a leader in fertility and women’s health, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to own analytics for Global Supply Chain. You will build scalable Power BI models, connect to ERP data sources, and deliver actionable insights with Excel and SQL, partnering with IT and Data Engineering.

The role emphasizes rapid, pragmatic solutions, data quality, and continuous improvement while supporting reporting products used globally. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, data validation, reconciliation and scenario analysis.
• Strong Power BI and DAX skills; report design, modeling, and performance optimization.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects; familiarity with ERP platforms like Dynamics 365 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous business problems and drive them to resolution using data, process knowledge, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Build pragmatic, usable solutions quickly with clear assumptions and scalable improvement.
• Lead reporting initiatives through full lifecycle from intake to adoption and iteration.
