Job summary

Globenet Consulting Corp in Boston, MA is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Lead to drive analytics, KPI reporting, and operational insights across planning, materials, and logistics in a regulated biotech manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has advanced Excel modeling, KPI/dashboard development, Power BI proficiency, and solid supply chain knowledge; CGT experience is preferred. This hybrid role offers flexible on-site/remote options and opportunities for impact.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analytics, planning, logistics, or business intelligence.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including analytical modeling and complex data analysis.
• Hands-on experience developing and analyzing KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Experience with Power BI and business intelligence/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and operational performance reports.
• Perform advanced Excel analysis and modeling to evaluate inventory, planning, logistics, capacity, and operational performance.
• Analyze KPI trends, identify performance gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Translate complex operational data into clear insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop management reporting for supply chain and site performance reviews.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities.
• Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual data-management activities.
• Improve data quality, reporting consistency, and analytical processes.
• Analyze warehousing, transportation, inventory accuracy, service levels, and logistics performance.
• Support 3PL performance measurement and operational reporting.
• Conduct spend analysis, cost modeling, and optimization assessments.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across planning, materials, manufacturing, and logistics operations.
