Schneider Electric USA, Inc. in Boston, MA seeks a Supply Chain Analytics & Planning Specialist to design, deploy, and sustain advanced analytics and planning solutions that boost end-to-end supply chain performance.

You will develop Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting to monitor KPIs like on-time delivery, cash, and cost while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work with remote eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Logistics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in project management or customer execution within the electrical industry.
• OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 5 years of progressive experience in project management or customer execution within the electrical industry.
• 3 years in logistics/supply chain strategies; 3 years with ERP/SAP Bridge/S4HANA; 2 years Kinaxis MAESTRO; 1 year SIOP for Retail/MTS/CTO; data warehouses/data lakes; Tableau/Databricks for BI.
• Experience can be gained concurrently.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and sustain advanced analytics and planning solutions for end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Develop Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting to visualize core KPIs.
• Lead CtO and Retail supply chain performance initiatives, managing variability and lead times.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve lead time, cost to serve, and inventory positioning.
• Build and maintain Kinaxis-based metrics and executive reporting.
