Cytiva is seeking a Supply Chain Planning and Analytics Lead for our Westborough, MA site. You will own the master production schedule, drive materials planning, and transform data into actionable plans that improve delivery and inventory. This is an on-site role reporting to the Senior Materials Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing planning and strong Excel/Power BI skills, with Oracle ERP experience. Cytiva offers a comprehensive benefits package and bonus potential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, materials planning, supply chain analytics, or inventory management in manufacturing.
• Experience building dashboards in Excel and Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems for MRP and inventory controls.
• Ability to translate data into actionable cross-functional recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the site master production schedule and materials planning to improve delivery.
• Analyze inventory, working capital, excess/obsolete exposure, and capacity.
• Maintain planning parameters and lead times in Oracle for accurate planning.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards to boost visibility and decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional planning and continuous-improvement initiatives using DBS.
