Job summary

CooperSurgical seeks a Sr. Business Analyst to translate complex supply chain problems into actionable analytics. You will deliver advanced reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and SQL, while mentoring junior analysts.

The role emphasizes data quality, KPI development, and cross‑functional collaboration across Operations, IT, and Finance. The candidate should bring 3–5 years in BI, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and familiarity with ERP data sources.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in BI, analytics, or related roles.
• Supply Chain knowledge including inventory/planning.
• Experience building Excel-based tools and semi-automated reports.

Responsibilities

• Own data analysis projects from requirements to delivery.
• Build scalable BI solutions in Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT to ensure data quality.
• Translate business needs into actionable dashboards and KPIs.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and maintain documentation.
