We’re a growing Lancaster, PA manufacturing operation looking for a Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Analyst who wants to do more than push purchase orders and update spreadsheets.
In this role, you’ll be at the intersection of procurement, suppliers, inventory, production, and business growth. You’ll analyze what we need, understand what we have, challenge suppliers when commitments aren’t met, and turn data into decisions that keep our operation moving.

This is a hands-on, vendor-facing role for someone who enjoys asking, “What does the data tell us, and what should we do about it?”
We’re looking for someone with 3–5+ years of procurement, supply chain, materials planning, or analytical experience, strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and the confidence to communicate directly with suppliers and drive accountability. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience with Sage 100, Power BI/Power Query, BOMs, production scheduling, or commodity-driven purchasing is even better.
