Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to manage weekly sales and order forecasts for Consumer Electronics segments. The role requires building relationships with retail partners and coordinating S&OP, CPFR processes, and risk analysis to support forecast accuracy and inventory targets.

Responsibilities include managing CPFR with Best Buy, forecasting Sell In/Sell Thru, ensuring SAP ERP order accuracy, and presenting insights to drive consensus in a multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Planning/Forecasting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5-7 years related experience required.
• Ability to work in a high-demand environment & prioritize.
• Meet deadlines under pressure.
• Analytical, attention to detail and accuracy.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy
• Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
• Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
• Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
• Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
• Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
• Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
