Job summary

Staffmark Total Talent Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices and appliances located in Edina, MN. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of our clients CE (Consumer Electronics) business.

It will require strong relationship building with retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Data Analysis or other relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Planning/Forecasting
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Ability to work independently & manage multiple competing demands
• Customer Oriented
• Strong Judgement
• Participative & collaborates to solve problems
• Ability to work in a high-demand environment & prioritize
• Meet deadlines under pressure
• Analytical, attention to detail and accuracy
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly CPFR process with National Retail Customer Best Buy
• Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units
• Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP
• Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
• Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
• Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
• Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
