QuidelOrtho is seeking a Senior Supplier Relationship Specialist to manage supplier performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support sourcing and continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on maintaining service levels and driving cost efficiencies in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of supplier management experience, with strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in MS

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related field required.
• 3–5 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or supplier management.
• Experience working with suppliers or external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day management of assigned suppliers and tracking performance metrics.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and performance dashboards; highlight risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate issue resolution and ensure supply continuity across internal teams.
• Support RFIs/RFPs, supplier onboarding, and contract administration.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
