Job summary

Harba Solutions Inc. is looking for a Supplier Quality Specialist based in Indianapolis, Indiana, to manage supplier qualification and certification processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in supplier quality, preferably in the pharma or medical devices sector, and possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. You will work cross-functionally with teams to ensure that materials and products meet quality standards and support new product launches. This role also involves conducting audits and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain supplier documentation and ensure alignment with QMS standards.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
