Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality to join the Global Quality team. The role focuses on supplier lifecycle management across Biotherapeutics, Synthetics and Advanced Therapies with global scope and potential remote options.

You will drive quality initiatives, audits, investigations and change control while interacting with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• BSc in Science, Engineering or technical subjects preferred.
• 5+ years in supplier lifecycle management across GMP/regulatory environments.
• Experience with GMP and ICH regulations and inspections.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Owns supplier lifecycle management for a portfolio of suppliers and audits.
• Supports nonconformances, investigations, change control and audits in SQ QMS.
• Collaborates with site QA teams on supplier performance and changes.
• Provides support during inspections by customers, JJRC and HA.
• Leads supplier relationships and project management to achieve goals.
• Shapes supplier management practices for complex platforms.
