Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is hiring a Senior Specialist, Supplier Quality to join the Innovative Medicine External Quality group. The role is based in the United States with remote options on a case-by-case basis and will support supplier lifecycle management for multiple sites.

You will lead supplier qualification, risk management, audits, and QMS activities, partner with site QA teams, and help ensure GMP/ICH compliance across Biotherapeutics, Synthetics and Advanced Therapies, with up to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or technical field.
5+ years in supplier lifecycle management across Biotherapeutics, Synthetics and Advanced Therapies.
Strong knowledge of GMP and ICH regulations.
Experience with EQ/SQ QMS and supplier audits.
Ability to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

Owns supplier lifecycle management including selection, qualification, risk management, and audits.
Lead SQ QMS activities such as nonconformances, investigations, change control, and audits.
Collaborate with site QA teams on supplier performance and changes.
Support inspections and provide direct quality support during inspections.
Project manage supplier quality initiatives across JJIM sites.
