Job summary

CorSource is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in Oregon to manage supplier qualification, continuous improvement, and incoming inspections. You will work with Purchasing and engineering to ensure components meet specifications while leading cross-functional teams and driving cost-efficient processes.

Domestic travel up to 15% is expected. Responsibilities include developing supplier evaluation programs, implementing risk mitigation, and supporting new product introductions from a supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team coordination.
• Strong project/time management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (domestic and some international).

Responsibilities

• Develops supplier evaluation and qualification processes.
• Drives supplier quality programs and risk mitigation.
• Collaborates with suppliers to improve product designs and processes.
• Ensures documentation compliance with requirements and contracts.
• Supports cross-functional teams to improve delivery, quality, and cost.
• Leads new product introductions from a supply chain perspective.
