Harley-Davidson Motor Company in York, PA, is seeking a seasoned Supplier Quality Manager to lead supplier quality engineering across U.S. manufacturing operations.

You will oversee the SQE and SQT teams, manage supplier issues, and drive continuous improvement in quality and cost of quality. The role requires guiding launches, containment effectiveness, corrective actions, and cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure premier product quality for

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related fields.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with multiple manufacturing processes (machining, casting, stamping, welding, plastics, coatings, electronics, assembly).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive quality improvements.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality performance across production and launches through KPI management, scorecards, and escalation processes.
• Drive improvements in supplier quality metrics and overall performance.
• Develop and execute supplier improvement plans addressing quality, delivery, and risks.
• Lead resolution of supplier-related production quality issues.
• Drive containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supplier Development Quality teams for successful launches and stable production.
• Support supplier readiness activities and rapid resolution of quality concerns.
• Lead supplier quality system, process, and manufacturing audits.
• Ensure compliance to Harley-Davidson quality requirements and PPAP submissions.
• Escalate supplier risks through governance processes.
