Job summary

Clopay Corporation in Troy, Ohio is hiring a Supplier Quality Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across the global supplier base. You will direct the Supplier Quality and Receiving Inspection teams, establish robust supplier governance, and drive root-cause problem solving with cross-functional partners.

Education and experience requirements include a bachelor’s in a technical field and 7–10+ years in quality engineering, plus 3–5+ years of supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10+ years of progressive quality engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (metal fabrication, stamping, roll-forming, mechanical assembly, or automotive/industrial components preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5+ years of direct supervisory or team management experience leading quality engineers, inspectors, or cross-functional technical teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing Technology, or related technical/management field required. Master’s degree (MS or MBA) is a plus.
