HII Mission Technologies in Pocasset, MA seeks an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to lead supplier quality for Unmanned Systems and related product lines. You will own the supplier quality system, drive audits, and ensure performance meets mission-ready requirements.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Director and requires US citizenship with ability to obtain clearance, up to 30% travel, and a background in ISO/AS quality environments.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
• 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 6 years with Master’s; or 12 years with HS.
• Travel up to 30% for supplier assessments, on-site audits, and development engagements.
• Experience leading supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or supply chain technical processes.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead supplier quality function to ensure supply base meets HII’s standards.
• Coordinate supplier audits, capability assessments, and development initiatives.
• Chair the Supplier Quality Review Board (QRB) and drive KPIs.
• Lead SCAR process with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Planning, and Program Management to manage supplier risk.
• Own and manage the Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier qualification.
• Develop risk-based supplier quality plans including FAI, audits, and scorecard governance.
• Support ISO, CMMI, PPAP, FAI and process compliance activities.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma based improvements in supplier quality.
• Maintain documentation for deviations, NCRs, and supplier quality records.
