Qualifications

• 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance
• Ability to travel up to 30% for supplier assessments and audits
• Experience leading supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or supply chain processes
• Strong ability to interpret engineering docs and quality requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supplier audits, capability assessments, and supplier development.
• Chair the Supplier Quality Review Board and drive corrective actions.
• Own QRB KPIs and report risks to leadership.
• Lead SCAR process and ensure CAPA implementation.
• Partner with Procurement, Engineering, Planning, and PM to manage supplier risk.
• Maintain Approved Supplier List and select/escalate suppliers.
• Lead improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, VSM, 5S and Kaizen.
• Develop quality flow-down requirements for POs and train suppliers.
• Support ISO, CMMI, PPAP, FAI and business process compliance.
• Maintain deviations, NCRs and supplier quality records.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across supply chain.
