Rolls-Royce is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager in Indianapolis, IN, operating in a hybrid pattern with three office days per week. The role focuses on coaching suppliers and internal teams to meet quality objectives and maintain SABRe/AS9100/AS13100 compliance, traveling domestically up to 25% as needed.

You will lead the audit program, drive zero-defect improvements, and develop the quality team while ensuring timely corrective actions and robust KPI delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 7+ years of Quality, Supply Chain or Procurement experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years Quality, Supply Chain or Procurement experience.
• Master's degree with 3+ years Quality, Supply Chain or Procurement experience.
• JD/PhD, OR 9+ years Quality, Supply Chain or Procurement experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Coach, lead and influence suppliers and internal teams to implement the strategy.
• Provide quality and safety leadership across the commodity team to deploy strategies that drive quality improvement.
• Ensure compliance with SABRe, AS9100, AS13100 and related standards; mitigate risks and reduce waste.
• Lead and govern the audit strategy for the commodity and guide problem containment/resolution methods.
• Drive zero-defect initiatives across the commodity category.
• Govern delivery of quality performance metrics using standard systems.
• Identify improvement themes and coach teams to implement improvements.
• Develop the capability of quality team members through training and accountability.
