Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 4+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain.
• Master's degree, or JD/PhD, or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and category management to drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements
• Craft commodity strategies and lead cost-reduction initiatives
• Build relationships with suppliers
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead risk mitigation plans to ensure commercial resilience
• Collaborate across business functions to align procurement strategy with priorities
• Support process improvement and best-practice sharing across the global network
