Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Indianapolis is seeking a Supplier Quality Manager to coach and lead suppliers and internal teams, embedding quality into the design-make supply base. This hybrid role involves three days in the office and up to 25% domestic travel.

You will ensure SABRe, AS9100 and AS13100 compliance, drive zero-defects programs, develop the quality team, and deliver KPI improvements across global DM suppliers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 7+ years in Quality, Supply Chain or Procurement
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in Quality, Supply Chain or Procurement
• Master’s degree with 3+ years in Quality, Supply Chain or Procurement
• U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency required

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and influence suppliers and internal teams to implement the strategy across the supply base.
• Provide quality and safety leadership across the commodity team to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SABRe, AS9100, AS13100 and related QMS requirements to mitigate risks.
• Lead and govern audit strategy and drive containment and resolution of issues.
• Enable zero defects strategy across the commodity category and improve quality KPI performance.
• Govern delivery of quality metrics (KPIs) using standard systems.
• Identify improvement themes and drive team accountability for quality initiatives.
• Develop the capability of quality team members through training and development.
