Axiom Space is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Manager in Houston to build and lead a Supplier Quality COE, owning supplier qualification, audits, and performance management. You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Programs to ensure space flight hardware meets quality and regulatory standards.

You will guide a team of supplier quality engineers, drive continuous improvement, and support AS9100 certification and customer audits through data-driven initiatives and decisive

Competenze

• 8+ years quality experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing
• 3+ years in supplier quality
• AS9100 and AS9102 experience
• Experience conducting supplier audits and managing SCAR/MRB
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Mansioni

• Own supplier qualification, approval, and requalification process
• Maintain Approved Supplier List and ensure purchases with approved sources
• Lead supplier audits and process audits (system, process, product)
• Define supplier quality clauses and first article requirements
• Plan supplier audits and oversee SCARs and supplier scorecards
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Programs to flow down requirements
