Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking an SQA Manager for Steel Towers in North America to ensure supplier quality, drive improvements, and uphold technical and contractual standards across the manufacturing process.

You will interface with North American steel tower suppliers, conduct audits, and lead CAPA to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality wind tower components. The role requires travel and strong quality management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years in Supplier Quality or Manufacturing Quality roles.
• Experience with steel structures, wind towers, or heavy industry preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main quality interface between Nordex Group and North American steel tower suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing requirements.
• Lead supplier audits (process, system, product) and qualification/re-qualification activities.
• Drive root cause analysis and CAPA for non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to resolve quality issues.
