Competitive compensation is offered ranging from $130,000 to $166,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in supplier quality or supplier development engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards like AS9100, ISO 9001, and NASA quality standards.
• Experience with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the work week when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for rocket parts and assemblies.
• Lead new product introduction and develop scalable processes.
• Conduct design for manufacturing (DFM) reviews.
• Manage supplier sourcing and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze defect data and implement corrective actions.
