Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer for a hybrid role based in Mosel, WI, requiring on-site work three days per week. You will proactively plan, coordinate, and support engineering projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance and quality targets.

You will lead supplier quality activities, manage multiple NPD supplier quality duties, and drive continuous improvement while applying advanced quality planning concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Manufacturing or related field).
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in quality/manufacturing engineering.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to ensure alignment across all phases of the project.
• Interface with vendors to ensure technical and delivery expectations are met.
• Perform assignments of a complicated nature.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently and participate in reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
