Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer - Intelligence Systems to join the Quality Engineering Team. You will collaborate with design, production, and field operations to define, develop, and execute high-quality supplier processes for castings and mechanical parts.

This role emphasizes early supplier engagement, process development, and robust quality systems to ensure first-time quality across the supply chain. Travel up to 50% is required; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or related field.
• Experience producing castings and mechanical assemblies for maritime, aerospace, or space applications.
• Experience scaling supplier capabilities from prototype to high-rate production.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 QMS; AS9100 Lead Auditor a plus.
• Experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP including MSA and GD&T.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support design development with DFM feedback and BOM data for precision casting assemblies.
• Lead supplier quality development through design reviews, testing, and qualification of components and sub-assemblies.
• Drive supplier readiness and qualification activities (PPAP, RCCA, MRB) across development and production phases.
• Audit supplier QMS and prepare onsite reviews to ensure compliance and flow-down requirements.
